Preliminary Layout

My preliminary layout for my portfolio project includes my masthead which is "Best Family Travel". Although this information is not set-in stone, there may be some changes later on. 

Magazine 

Masthead: Family Travel  

Main Image: The main image will be a picture of Venice, with bright colors to give it a colorful happy feel. It will focus on the overall image of Venice and have our title at the top of the magazine with subheadings on the edges. 

Selling line: Places to go that your family will love! 

Typography/Font: The font of the title will be bold, and the font of the subheadings will be a color that matches the main image but smaller and more delicate. 

Feature Article Title/Content/images/s: The feature of the article will be about Venice and things to do there with your family sense it is the main image of the magazine. It will have pictures of different thing in Venice, including the gondolas and different restaurants to try. 

Content Page Styling/Article title Ideas: The content page styling will be bright, and family oriented with light font. The articles will have different headings such as, “travel tips”, “Budgeting”, and “activities”, just some subheadings to make the magazine focus on our concept.
